No drilling, development, construction, or non-routine maintenance activities shall take place within ¼ mile of essential habitat from May 1 to August 15 without prior written authorization from the lessor. In addition, no surface development of any kind will be allowed within essential habitat or within 300 feet of essential habitat. |
